Water and Soil

Windmill change direction
See what’s been found,
There’s no snow today
Just a shapeless sound.

Bury your heartaches
Don’t look to the ground,
Bury your lover's cross
Hold your head up proud.

The river overflows
With broken hearts,
Lovers got lost
Right from the start.

Be proud you could be
A changing shape,
The wind is just a friend
Showing you the way.

The mill shut down
And nobody complained,
Water and soil
A lover’s only claim.

Numerous people crying
As the river runs dry
But what can be done?
Nobody uses their eyes.
She won’t come back again
She’s gone for good this time,
Hearts are left broken
Nobody seems to mind.
