Pec

I’d open my heart for you
And let all the tension out,
I’d forgive the sins of past
Cause it was you I was mad about.

I don’t cry for today,
I say all my thanks and get on the way.

I’d follow you anywhere
Even if it took me to the moon and back,
I’d think about you night and day
And lose all the sleep I need to stay sane.
I’d call all the queens liars
And tell them it was you they had to kneel to,
I’d call all the priests false hearted
And tell them it was you they had to pray to.

I don’t cry for what’s done,
Loving you’s been much more fun.

I’d never break a promise
If I knew what it meant to you,
I’d wrap your heart in mine
And that would see us through.
I’d call all the bishops fools
And tell them it was you they had to pray to,
I’d call all the queens dishonest
And tell them it was you they had to kneel to.

I don’t cry for what’s done,
Loving you’s been much more fun.
